Eligibility
The product is eligible for exchange under the following conditions:-
- If the product arrives damaged during transit.
- If the product received is different from the one ordered, verified through the confirmation mail received by the customer.
What to do?
We pack our products with care so that it reaches our customers safely. In an unlikely event, if the product arrives damaged or different from the one ordered, we will replace it with the same product.
The problem with the product has to reported within 24 Hours of receiving the product to be eligible for replacement. You have to mail us at info@correastudios.in with the following details:-
- Order number as received on mail.
- Three or more pictures of the product received from different angles.
- Few pictures of the packaging (box, bubble wrap, packing paper) to help us inspect the problem.
- A brief description of your problem with the product and how the product arrived/packaging of the product.
Our team will analyse the problem and get in contact with you within 48 hours. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ship the parcel back to us. As soon as we receive the product at our warehouse and inspect it, we will be happy to ship a replacement to you within 3-4 days.
If the parcel arrives tampered or damaged, email us at info@correastudios.in before opening the parcel. Attach 2-3 photographs of the packaging to the mail.
You are required to return the items in an unused manner, in its original packaging and box.
We do not provide a refund for the product, if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product. The product can only be replaced with the same product.
Disclaimer
Each product is handcrafted by our artisans, minor air bubbles are common and does not qualify the product to be damaged or defected. There might be slight variations in colours/textures of the products. It adds to the novelty of the product and makes each product unique and special.
Cancellation
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
